FatFruit Sister Sites: The Hollycorn Casino Family
Sister sites are casinos run by the same company. For FatFruit that company is Hollycorn N.V., one of the busiest operators in the offshore market. Here is which brands belong to the family, what they tend to have in common, and why we do not automatically recommend them to Australian players.
Who Owns FatFruit?
FatFruit is operated by Hollycorn N.V., a company registered in Curaçao that runs a long list of online casinos under Curaçao licences. Most of its brands are built on the SoftSwiss platform, so the registration form, cashier layout, bonus codes and VIP structure often feel almost identical from one site to the next. That is what people usually mean by "FatFruit sister sites": different names and themes on the same corporate and technical base.
Owners of offshore brands change more often than most players realise. Mirax is a good example – its older terms name Hollycorn N.V. as operator, while its current footer lists Scores55 Tech B.V. under a newer Curaçao licence.

FatFruit Sister Sites at a Glance
The table lists brands that review sites or public records connect with Hollycorn N.V. We only show the link and its source; bonus figures for most of these brands are not consistently published for Australia, so we leave them out rather than guess.

| Brand | Connection to FatFruit | Where the link is reported | Our view |
|---|---|---|---|
| Rooli | Same operator, launched 2023 | Sister-site indexes and SoftSwiss casino directories | Check AU terms before joining |
| Spin Fever | Same operator, launched 2023 | Sister-site indexes and SoftSwiss casino directories | Check AU terms before joining |
| Asino | Same operator | SoftSwiss casino directories | Not reviewed for AU |
| Croco Slots | Same operator | SoftSwiss casino directories | Not reviewed for AU |
| Boho Casino | Same operator | SoftSwiss directories, ACMA warning (2022) | Avoid for now |
| Mirax | Former Hollycorn brand, new operator since | Mirax terms, ACMA warning (2023) | On our shortlist |
Corporate links are as reported by third parties and can change. Always read the footer of the casino you are about to join – the operator and licence number are printed there.
Hollycorn N.V. and the ACMA
The Australian Communications and Media Authority has issued several formal warnings involving Hollycorn N.V. for offering online casino services to Australians in breach of the Interactive Gambling Act 2001:
- 2022 – Stay Casino and Golden Crown Casino.
- October 2022 – a group of brands including Lucky Elf, Lets Lucky and Boho Casino.
- March 2023 – Casino Jax, Mirax and Wild Fortune, in a warning addressed to Hollycorn N.V. and Libergos Limited.
A formal warning is not a fine, and none of these documents names FatFruit. They do show that this operator family is on the regulator's radar, which in practice means more domain blocks and more mirror sites. That is a practical risk for your account access, not a legal risk for you as a player.
Sister Sites or Independent Alternatives?
Choose a sister site if
You liked FatFruit's layout and bonus codes and want the same experience under a different name, accepting the same operator risk.
Choose an alternative if
You want PayID, higher withdrawal caps or simply a different company holding your balance. Dazard, Hellspin and SlotsGem are good starting points.

FatFruit Sister Sites FAQ
Which casinos are FatFruit sister sites?
Review sites link FatFruit with Rooli, Spin Fever, Asino, Croco Slots and Boho Casino, all tied to Hollycorn N.V.. Mirax also belonged to Hollycorn before moving to a new operator.
Do FatFruit sister sites share accounts or bonuses?
No. Each brand needs its own registration and verification, and bonuses are separate. What they usually share is the operator, the licence type, the SoftSwiss-style cashier and often the support team.
Are sister sites safer than other alternatives?
Not automatically. A shared operator means shared policies – including any problems. Several Hollycorn brands have received formal ACMA warnings, so we judge each site on its own terms and limits.
Which FatFruit sister site do you recommend?
Of the family, only Mirax makes our main shortlist, mainly because its Australian terms are well documented and it lists PayID. For the full ranking see our sites like FatFruit comparison.
